Returns

We are committed to making sure that you are happy with your purchase! If your order is not what you're looking for, you may return any product that you have ordered within 5 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. Unfortunately, return requests received after 5 days will not be honored. All refunds are issued via original payment method. Late returns are accepted at our discretion, and may only be refunded for store credit. We accept returns on regular-priced and sale items, EXCEPT those specifically marked as "Final Sale" items. We will only accept returned items that are new, unused and with tags attached. We will not accept returns that are damaged, used or altered. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. We aim to process all returns within 1 week of receipt. US Domestic Order Returns

If you live in the US, please ship the item back to the address below using any trackable method, at your expense, after we approve your return. Once your package is received, we will promptly issue an exchange or refund in accordance with our return policy.

International Order Returns

All sales shipped outside of the United States are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

How to Return An Order

To return an order:

(1) Contact the World Crave customer care team to approve your return request. The email is customerservice@worldcrave.com .

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your name, phone number and email
  • Your shipping address
  • The item name and number
  • When you received the item
  • Reason for returning the item

(2) The World Crave customer care team will respond to your email within 1-2 days to approve your request and provide you with an authorization code and return form to fill out.

(3) Ship the item back using any trackable method, at your expense, after we approve your return.

(4) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

(5) If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Defective Goods

If you received damaged or faulty goods please follow the return procedure above, select 'Faulty' as the Reason for Return, and upload any photos of the damage. Proceed with Return Process above.

Gift Returns

If you've received an item as a gift, you may return it for Store Credit. To return a gift, please email customercare@worldcrave.com so we can assist you.

Order Cancellations

Due to our high order volume, all orders that are placed successfully are immediately processed. We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and handed over to our team for processing.
